The Count Bishops

Back in the early days of punk, five young musicians emerged

from the pub rock circuit  :

The COUNT BISHOPS

They played Rock and Rhythm & Blues,

influenced by 60's beat groups,

Chicago blues and soul music.

Bad news

The COUNT BISHOPS tour in Europe for May and June 2006 is cancelled

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good news

A new COUNT BISHOPS CD Single with 2 unissued tracks is released this month (May 2006) by Chiswick (Ace Records)  :

  • the studio version of "I Don't Like It" and

  • "Rollin'", a track that was recorded by Buffalo (the first band of Dave Tice)

  • the CD Single also includes "Too Much Too Soon" and "I Want Candy"

Reference number  :  SMASH 002  (CHISWICK / ACE Records)

No hesitation, this is a GREAT record

There creed  :  Boogie, Blues and Rock & Roll ...

... Nothing but dynamite ...
